Features of NAS-coat
Thermal insulation
Heat shielding NAS-coat reflects near-infrared protecting the surface of the roof from increases in temperature. This not only has energy-saving effects such as a reduction in the requirements of cooling but is also an environmentally adaptive product that reduces the load on air conditioning and heat insulating materials (excluding metallic grey, silver, cream, white).
Durability
We apply silicon degenerated polyester resin twice to 18 chrome 8 nickel (SUS304), and glaze it twice in an integrated production system. It is strong against tough natural conditions and can be used semi-permanently.
Workability
It has less spring back than regular stainless steel making it easy to work and you can roll or press it to your required degree. This building material can be used in a wide range of ways due to our ability to work to your shape.
Economy
We use 18-8 stainless steel (SUS304) making our product outstanding at resisting corrosion. It boasts fantastic anti-rust capabilities due to the glazing process, meaning it requires less maintenance reduces your running costs.
Incombustibility
This is an official product under the certificate of incombustibility NM-8316. Further, it conforms to JIS standard G3320 (glazed stainless steep plates).
