Features of “Sakigake”
Beautiful design
Traditional Japanese-style flat seam roofing. We have a variety of standards appropriate for temples or housing, eaves and other small areas or large-scale roofs.
Difficult to break R seams
Some old copper roofing have cracks in their vertical seams. This is thought to occur due to a strong force applying to the inside of the work through the sharp processing effect in the ends. This leads to toughening of the work and the area affected starts to split. To avoid this, all of our metal roofing have R seams making it difficult for this toughening to occur.
The best material – excellent durability
The normal materials are copper, copper sulfide, colored stainless steel, softened copper – all have the best durability.
Light and earthquake-proofed
Around 1/10 the weight of tiled roofs at 5kg/1m2 so there is no strain on your building. This makes your building better are resisting earthquakes than with normal roof tiles.
100% recyclable
All our copper is pure and we use 18-8 stainless steel. You can recycle all leftover materials.
