In the past most flat seam roofing was made of soft materials such as copper sheets. This was carried out on site in seams and it was impossible to make attractive and safe flat seam roofing with the hard metals GL steel 0.4 and colored stainless steel 0.4mm. Quick Laying made flat seam roofing with hard metals possible. It has many benefits including its beautiful roofing style, high construction capabilities and reliability against heat expansion.

Sheet joints have expansion joint structure so there is no heat expansion warping. It never loses the beauty of flat seam roofing.

Difficult to break R seams
Some old copper roofing have cracks in their vertical seams. This is thought to occur due to a strong force applying to the inside of the work through the sharp processing　effect in the ends. This leads to toughening of the work and the area affected starts to split. To avoid this, all of our metal roofing have R seams making it difficult for this toughening to occur.

Point dividers are packaged in a set so they go straight to your site. Anyone can connect them quickly and easily so they greatly reduce the work time.

Each piece is short making them easy to transport and carry – the work only needs one person.
